Wow, did she actually say that? It seems to me I've been seeing a lot of girls in East Village wearing dress over jeans, too, though!! I may even be guilty of such a sartorial choice!

Yup, she did! And, I have to say, I am digging the dress over pants thing too. It's rather forgiving...of aging bellies and tired thighs.
